TANGLEBLUE

Leslie Terzian Markoff is a weaver and textile fiber artist who has worked with primitive and complex looms for decades, with a focus on texture and pattern. She holds a BA in fine arts from California State University, Chico, and an MFA in Fibers from Cranbrook Academy of Art, and served in the Peace Corps in El Salvador. Her career has centered on designing woven fabric for interiors, corporate use, and garments, working directly for manufacturers and small design houses, for architects and designers, and with clients under TangleBlue. She now pursues art in her studio.
